Do DD's wear Princess Costumes to CRT?

I don't have a DD but I have seen little girls wearing princess dresses all over WDW, and many do wear them to CRT. :)

A lot of kids dress up for their meal at Cinderella's Castle. I have read where parents bring more comfy clothes in a backpack for them to change.

DD(7) and DS(4) will be Cinderella and Prince Charming. We're having them specially made. Her dress will be sleevless and just above her knees, and his outfit will be shorts with a short sleeve shirt.I will bring them comfy clothes to change into if they want.We can't wait,we have ps for Aug 5th for lunch at CRT! :cool1:

My daughter loves to wear her dresses to CRT and she has a Minnie Mouse dress she wears into the parks sometimes (when it is not too hot). She loves the extra attention she gets. I pack comfy clothing when needed. She also wears her crown and gloves (taking them off to eat, like a lady), and that is less common so gets even more attention.

Can they? Sure.

More important question - do they want to? Let your munchkins decide (if they're old enough), and just bring extra clothes in case afterwards they're uncomfortable.

My DD4 wore her Cinderella (to CRT) and her Mulan costumes on seperate days and we couldn't force her to take them off. Different strokes, right?

We were there in May and about 50% of the little girls had on some sort of princess gear. My girls were so excited to wear their dresses and we changed right after breakfast and stored the dresses in a locker for the rest of the day.

When I was at the Princess Storybook Breakfast, there were all sorts of pretty pretty princesses. Most of the little girls were dressed as their favorite disney lady. My personal favorite was this adorable little african american girl, she was all dolled up as Sleeping Beauty, her hair was so nicely done in braids with little clear beads.. When Aurora approached her, she curtised and then ran to hug the Princess. Apparently this was her favorite one.

We saw many little girls going to the breakfast all dressed up in their costumes. i can't wait until our DD is old enought to dress up :Pinkbounc

My girls do (and I hope it lasts for years)! They love the special attention that they get, but we do bring a change of clothes for later after all it's just not practical for a princess to ride Splash Mountain in her best gown :flower:
