My MDE does not reflect an expiration for those tickets, only my AP has an expiration date.
Maybe it would be answered best if I called Disney and ask them to drill down into the tickets and tell me. I tried calling earlier and the hold was "approx 45 minutes". Whew! Aint nobody got time for that.
As for the issue, I do not want to dive into. Sorry. Let's just say we simply gave feedback. There was no actual complaint on our part at all.

It was very unexpected, but we had 8-day tickets before the trip started and they basically just gave us what we already had.
