My daughter has completed a full semester of community college while in our high school dual enrollment program. Would that qualify her to apply for the College Program now?
If not, she plans to start full-time cosmetology school in the fall. When she completes that 9 month program, could she then apply, based on completing that school, and having one semester of community college/dual enrollment?
