Do Certain Restaraunts Not Take Reservations for 1?

I'm contemplating a solo trip and curious which restaraunts are currently taking reservations, so I've been using the Disney website to search for 60 days out. It seems that certain restaraunts (i.e., Garden Grill, Coral Reef) only show available reservations for parties of 2 or more. If you change it to a party of 1, the reservation disappears.

Do certain restaraunts not seat parties of 1?

Some of them are only showing even number of groups. I'd just book a reservation for 2, then when you check in, just mark down 1 adult and you're good to go.

The Disney ADR system is kind of a mess. It definitely prefers even numbers over odd. As PP said, book the reservation for 2 and you won't have any trouble showing up with just 1.

This is what I have been doing on my solo trips for years. Can even get into Ohana this way, when it is open.
