They can not call after 9:00 pm and not before 8:00 am. They can call at 1 day late. Normally if you get a call late at night it is from an autodialer system. The people who work those are not able to call you directly unless you hang up on them and they can request a CB and even then the call may be redirected to another creidt anyalst. On this system the person calling has no idea how late the accounts are until you are on the line or the line is ring, then and only then will the account flash on their computer screen.
