Do any stores have iron-on Disney t-shirt transfers?

I want to get some iron on t-shirt transfers to have matching shirts one of the days we are in DL. I've found them on ebay and etsy, but does anyone know if any stores carry them? I'm ordering five, so I don't want to pay shipping on each one. Thanks!

I found the transfers through amymickey, but I have a really dumb question: How do you make sure an image I've found on the net fills the 8 1/2 by 11 sheet she sells? I've tried enlarging little clipart, but it gets distorted. I obviously am not a crafty person!

Try the creative boards here on the DIS! There are some talented people that will customize a design for you... for free!
You just have to buy the transfer sheets at Micheals or even most Targets with the printer paper. Print it up at home, and spend the money on a Dole Whip instead! :)

Wow, that's nice! I'd love to have one with our names. I didn't even know there was a creative board before today. I will have to spend the rest of my day looking at it! :) Thanks!

If you do have some designs made for you...please do try Amy's transfer sheets. I've ordered from her two times and within 3 or 4 days have them ready to print on. For $1.50 I can create what my local tshirt shop would print and iron on for $13.00 plus the cost of shirt.

I haven't been disappointed at all and it's so simple to create fabulous shirts or mickey doo dads for shorts or whatever!

Thanks Amy!

I've used etsy (I know you don't want to pay shipping...) and instead of ordering iron on t-shirt transfers, I ordered iron-on embroidered transfers. They were gorgeous and so inexpensive! They made it look like I had special embroidered shirts made, but really they were ironed onto the shirts instead of being embroidered directly to them.

I did see her site and will probably order the sheets, but she isn't doing any designs right now from May 13-June 13th and we leave the 3rd week of June, but maybe next year!

I saw those and loved them, but from experience with Girl Scout patches, I thought they wouldn't stay on. Good to know they work!

I don't believe she does disney designs anymore.

Under the creative disign board you will find TONS of ideas and then you can ask an individual disigner to personalize it for you. We did this and the shirts were great. All you have to do is put the transfer paper in your printer, print your image and iron on.

Thank you, I just did this! What a nice person to do this for people!

It says on Amy's website that she only sells dark transfer sheets. Is this okay if I'm going to put them on white shirts?

Amy doesn't create Disney designs for people anymore but her transfers are amazing!!! We have just been collecting fun Disney images and making our own in powerpoint. I don't know what dark transfers means but they are white on a white shirt.

When searching for images search for large ones. This will be the best quality. When adding your image look at it 100% and you will see how large it is on your transfer. We have been getting several images though out of one sheet. Some we do big but we have been adding smaller images to corners of tshirts or bottoms of shorts etc. Just trying to Disneyfy our wardrobes. :)

Do you remember who you ordered them from on esty? I've seen the embroidered and would love to get those but I have only found people who want $20-$30 PER TRANSFER, and that just seems way out of line.

Thank you! I'm excited to get some transfer sheets since Marion made some for each of my family members. Oh, and I saw somewhere after my post (since I spent about 2 hours on that Creative Board, lol), that dark transfers are good for both white and colored shirts and that they are more matte, not shiny. I have white shirts, so I suppose it doesn't matter, but I have a feeling I won't stop with the white shirts. I've always wanted matching shirts for my family and am a little jealous when I see others at DL with them.

One tip I should give you is that when doing a transfer on a white shirt that has no border like the word "Disneyland", it looks best to put a colored frame around it. The white transfer still shows on white tshirt and it looks unfinished. I don't know if I'm saying that right.

I think I understand. Thanks!

I have used Amy's transfers for over 2 years now, and the older one's look just as brand new as the most recent I've made! You will not be disappointed with these transfers whatsoever!!

The gals and guys on the Creative Board are more than accommodating when you are looking for a certain design or if you want something personalized. We have gotten so many compliments on our 'home made shirts' that I've actually had people ask me where I've bought them...lol...hard not to send them on a goose chase around the park...
