Do any restaurants at Disneyland serve alcohol? Which ones?

Within Disneyland itself, only Club 33. And it's very exclusive - you have to get a member to make a reservation. Most of us can only dream of going to Club 33.

What about restaraunts inside of any of the three Disney hotels?

If I remember correctly, all of the DLR hotel restaurants (not counter service) serve alcohol. They have a small booklet that has their drink menu on the tables. All of them also have a bar too. :thumbsup2

Yes, all of the DL hotels serve alcohol. There's a nice little bar in the GC, I was able to get a drink there and sit in the lobby area and chat with my girlfriend with my family. It was great.
