Do any of these restaurants have booths? Or only tables?

I cant believe I didnt think of this until now but we thought of it when out to dinner a few days ago - my 2 year old wont sit in a high chair anymore and he honestly does so much better with a booth since one of us can sit next to him and kind of "trap" him in and he stays there and plays a little while waiting for the food. He is pretty good in restaurants, but in a chair he keeps getting up and down. So anyhow, I want to be prepared for our trip next week, and I cant remember whether these restaurants have booths or only tables - last year it didnt matter he was in a high chair. I know most of the CS places dont have booths, but sometimes at these places he will eat on the tray in his stroller.

So can anyone comment on any of these TS restaurants & do they have any booths?-
Coral Reef
Crystal Palace
Chef Mickey's
Donald's Safari Breakfast
Ohana
Tony's Town Square
Sci Fi Dine In (This one I think does?)
Cape May Cafe
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Thanks!

The Coral Reef has booths, but the seats nearest the aquarium glass are tables. I've only ever eaten outdoors at Tony's. I'm not sure whether they have booths inside. The majority of the Sci-Fi's seating are booths. I've not been to any of the others as we tend to shy away from character meals and buffets.

If I remember correctly Chef Mickey's has some tables that the back side is a bench seat. I believe there are a few booths at Cape May. Ohana's is all tables but many of them have chairs with arms. It's been so long since I ate at Crystal Palace I really don't remember but I think they had some of the bench seat tables also. Sci Fi is a definite yes. The others I've never eaten in or it's been so long I don't remember. For some other options the Garden Grill has the circular type booths. For CS the ABC Commissary at DHS has some of the bench seats also. Most if not all of the value resorts have some booths in their food courts. I think a lot of the restaurants at the resorts have the bench seats at some tables.

Coral Reef's booths seat 5 so unless you have a party of 5, you will probably not be seated in a booth there. This place is always packed and it's not likely that they will have flexibility to seat you at one unless you have the correct party size.

Sci Fi has bench seats in the cars as previously stated.

We have not been seated at booths at the others on your list. They may have some, I don't recall. I do think Cape May had a few but I know we have been seated at tables there.

Cape May definitely has "some" full booths along the perimeter as we have sat in them.

Crystal Palace definitely has "some" partial booths (one side has the banquette and the other side has chairs). We have sat in them.

Other restaurants that for sure have at least "some" booths (or half-booths) are Whispering Canyon (full), Le Cellier (half), Garden Grill (circular), Tutto Italia (half), Liberty Tree Tavern (half), Plaza Restaurant (half).

:thumbsup2

Chef Mickey's has half booths as well.

Btw, I LOVE your sig and tag! It's so colorful! :)

'Ohana has half booths. Sci-Fi has the cars, as mentioned. Cape May has booths.

Akershus, Coral Reef, Crystal Palace, and Chef Mickey's I can't remember although I *think* Akershus was only tables and CP and CM had half booths, and I've never been to the others.

We have the same problem with my son, though he's 7 and autistic - can't keep him in a chair always so we're thrilled when we have a booth!

These are the ones I know all have booths:
Cape May
Garden Grill
Mama Melrose
Sci Fi (well, trapped in a car!)
Whispering Canyon Cafe has a few for large parties.

Crystal Palace/Chef Mickey's/50's Prime Time has some half booths - one side of table is booth, other side is chair, like the booth is along the wall for all the tables. I know for us those don't work for trapping son in.

Akershus, Tony's, Ohana's... no booths. Though Ohana's chairs have arms to them, not sure if that helps. I don't recall any in Tusker House either.

One word of caution: the benches at Sci-Fi can fit two people, but you will not be able to fit two people + a toddler. One of you will get to have a leisurely meal by him/herself, and one of you will be able to pin the 2-year old inside the car. You may want to minnie-miennie-mo that one.

LOL my 16 y.o. sis is coming along also so one of us can sit with her and the other gets to keep the little guy in his seat! LOL

Coral reef dose have some booths up front that are like two tables. I know cause our party of 7 sat in them and the one next to us had two parties of four in them. But I'm sure on crowded times its a hit or miss if you'll get one.

Coral Reef yes, but they are large booths. There are tables for small parties
Crystal Palace not really...there are free-standing tables & "banquette" seating where the one side of table is a bench against the wall, other side has a chair...the back bench runs the whole length of the wall and they separate or join tables to seat parties of 2 or 4 (or 3). You might get lucky and get seated on the end of the banquette, then you could "trap" child that way. But most of the seats would not work that way.
Chef Mickey's my recollection, same "banquette" seating along with free-standing tables.
Donald's Safari Breakfast Ditto above
Ohana can't help you on this one, haven't been there
Tony's Town Square ditto above, at least the inside area we were seated in. Couldn't see the whole place from where we were though so maybe they had some booths
Sci Fi Dine In (This one I think does?) the cars are booth-style seats
Cape May Cafe ditto the other buffets...free standing tables & "banquette" style seating
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall can't help on this one, haven't been there in years & years
Thanks!

Good luck! Hopefully he'll just be so enthralled with the restaurants & characters you won't have trouble keeping him occupied:thumbsup2
