Do any of the "good neighbor" hotels give you early entrance?

Or do you have to stay at a Disney hotel to get that? It also looks like you get the early entrance if you buy a 3 day park pass?

You get one MM (magic morning) to Disneyland with a 3+ day hopper, regardless of where you stay.

You get EMH (extra magic hour) every day of your stay, by staying on site and that is to both Disneyland and California Adventure on alternating days (M, W, F, Su to DCA; T, Th, Sa to DL).

MM and EMH at Disneyland are the same days/times. The only way to get EMH to California Adventure is to stay onsite.
