Do any bars have "Happy Hour" specials?

Hey everyone,

The title says it all! I know that some Universal bars/ restraunts have happy hour specials, but I was wondering if there is anyplace at Disney that does as well?

I have never seen a hh at dw. However at universal city walk there are are several places that have a happy hour.
