Jurassic Park Discovery center sometimes is closed early I noticed, as well as the JP play area. Popeyes also opens later some days.I am just going off of what I have seen, i don't have any official source.

When the parks are open later most of the counter service restaurants seems to close shop before park closing. There has been a few times I've had to search to find a snack/drink before Cinematic Spectacular especially on the San Francisco side of the lake.

Raptor Encounter doesn't start at opening.
None of the shows have morning showings. Most don't start until after 11am. (This irritates me at US/IOA and Disney).
