Do all townhome rentals have a grill?

I have been looking at WH and WP mostly, just wanted to know if all townhomes have a grill, or if it is just home specific?

When we were looking at WH, it really depended on the owner. Some included it, some didn't, and some offered at an additional charge. Our townhome had a grill, but it was out of gas. We were so busy that we kinda forgot about it, but I'm sure the management company would have rectified the situation if we had asked.
