The Contemporary has had eggs in the recent past as well. ...don't know about the Poly.

I visited the Grand Flo and stayed at Yacht - they both had Easter Egg displays. I of course recorded it all...

Just stopped at Polynesian, did not have any Easter eggs. The other resorts say their displays are made by their bakery team. Maybe Poly doesn’t have their own bakery team?
