Do all porthole rooms have the couch next to the window?

I'm looking to book the WBTA 2017 and the price is not vastly different between inside and porthole so I'm thinking to upgrade. However, my oldest daughter takes the couch and comes in very late at night/early in the morning. I don't want her to have to crawl over me to reach her sleeping place, but then again I'm the one who has to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night!

I've checked https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP and it looks like all outside rooms have the couch next to the outside.

Any thoughts of pros and cons?

In my experience, yes, the couches are all next to the portholes in the oceanview rooms. Your daughter won't have to "crawl over" you to reach her bed though. There's plenty of space to walk around the Queen bed to the couch area. Maybe make sure she has a small flashlight, like the type you attached to a key ring? Or if she'll be carrying a cellphone, she can just use that as a flashlight. That way she can get to her bed without running into anything.
