Do 25pt VGC contracts ever pop up?

Just curious. I’m Already waiting on ROFR for 100 pts.. I would maybe get another 25 if I ever saw the correct use year pop up.

I’ve only seen 50 and they are always $290 pp+. With closing costs your up at $310pp.
