If I booked DME over the phone with the CM who booked my hotel ressie, am I good or do I need to book online too?

Our arrival date is 2/26 and I haven't gotten our luggage tags yet, when do they normally arrive?

Generally, how long from landing to resort is it? I have anticipated being at our resort about 2 hours later, should I prepare for it to take longer?

Your DME reservation 'should' be fine. We are seeing most guests getting their luggage tags 4 weeks prior to travel. I don't know when you booked. I would call DME directly, to make sure you are in their system.

As for resort arrival time...figuring in two hrs will work fine. We tend to say that you should be at your resort within 90 mins of walking off the plane. This means that if your flight touches down at, say, 3pm, you should be off the plane by 3:15-3:20. This would have you arriving at your resort between 4:30 and 5. Your time will depend on wait times for the bus to arrive, time spent waiting for the bus to leave, and then what stop your resort is. I've had times of 60 mins, gate to resort, up to 85 mins, gate to resort.

If you booked with the CM on the phone when you booked your Disney resort you should have been fine. But ME luggage tags usually arrive about 30 days in advance. I would call DME directly to insure they have your information.
I believe the general rule of thumb is that it takes about 90 minutes from deplaning at the gate to arrive at your hotel. But their are lots of factors that influence that. The DME buses usually make several stops and which stop is yours will matter. You may arrive at the loading area just as a bus is loading and ready to leave, you may have to wait for a bus to arrive etc, etc.
But the above is the quoted average.

thanks everyone! I just got off the phone and mine was mailed on the 9th, so if it's not here by tomorrow I'll call them again because I can't imagine the mail taking longer than that. This was a last minute trip, I booked about 28 days in advance.

Good to know it seems like 2 hour plan will leave me pleasantly surprised by it not taking quite so long! We may arrive at AK earlier than I expected that day.
