My departing flight is 7:30 p.m. what time is my likely DME pick up? I am thinking around 4:30 p.m.

I have a late lunch (2:10 p.m.) at Prime Time Cafe Hollywood Studios. Would it be safe to say that allowing an hour to get in/be served/eat, then walk to the bus stop/wait/ride bus that we could make it back to Bay Lake Towers in time?

Thanks

You should be standing at the bus stop for CR no later than one hour before your departure.

And 4:30 pm is the departure, so you should be at BLT no later than 4:15 pm or fifteen minutes before departure.

So you should be standing at the Bus Stop at DHS to go back to CR no later than 3:15 pm. That is just in case you missed the last bus and the next one doesn't come for another 15 - 20 minutes.

You are cutting it really, really close.

Thanks for the replies. I might try to move lunch to an earlier slot.

Your pick up will be between 4:15 and 4:45 (depends on bus routes and other pick ups). You must be at the bus stop totally ready to go at LEAST 15 mins before your assigned time. The time given is for when the bus will LEAVE from your resort, not when it will get there. They will not wait for you. If you are not there, then you will be responsible for finding and paying for your trip to the airport.

Your reservation is at 2:10pm. It is possible you will have to wait to be seated (ADRs are not regular reservations, they only say you will be seated at the next available table for your party size) so lets tack on 15 mins. So now it is 2:25. You really should be boarding the bus to head back to your resort about an hour before you need to be back (that is the amount of time suggested by Disney). So, if your DME is at 4:15 you need to be at the stop at the resort no later then 4:00. This means you should be getting on a bus from the park back to the resort by 3:00... leaving you 35 mins to eat.

Don't think that will cut it.

Now, I did use worst cases here with having to wait for your reservation and getting a slightly earlier pick up... but it's really not that far off. Is it worth the stress to try and fit it in? Not in my opinion.

I think that is a good idea. Otherwise you will be cutting it very close, and you don't want to miss your ME bus. If you do, you will have to find your own way to the airport, at your expense.
