DME and Dolphin

No, sorry. DME is only offered for Disney owned-and-operated resorts.
There can be some misunderstandings from people who've seen or been on DME buses stopping at Swolphin. The Swan (I think it's the Swan and not the Dolphin) is a common resort for people doing a Disney Cruise Line land/sea package. DCL provides a service almost identical to DME, and since DCL transportation and DME are run by the same company (obviously!) they often share buses or combine routes.
But you, as an individual, will not be offered DME because your resort is not owned and operated by WDW. Sorry.
