Hi, sorry I am a bit late with the answer tonight......the usual mad Sunday night rush of getting lunches/uniforms/homework/PE kits together etc etc

The answer is......Paul Chapman. There was one point for this.

He was actually 85 years old when he came out of retirement to create the windows but I have given a bonus point to anyone who said he was in his 80's.
