DLR: Where to go to add person to party?

Hello!

I recently got DAS via their video service not too long ago; however, at the time, it was only going to be my partner and friend. Now my friend's partner wants to come and I was wondering where I need to go to add another person to my DAS party? I remember asking about adding additional persons and they said that I can only do it on the park (I can't do it over the phone). I don't remember where the CM said to go... either Guest Services or City Hall? I would like to get them all added before we enter the park, if possible.

It cannot be done before you enter the park.

It can be done either at City Hall or at any of the Guest Relations kiosks/umbrellas located throughout the park. They are on the map app marked with an "i"
