Hi everyone! 
The girlfriend and I visited Disneyland Resort this past Saturday (the 2nd). The forecast called for sunny skies and a high of 83*.
However, halfway there, it began raining on the 101...but only for a few minutes then it stopped and was just cloudy the rest of the way. I actually didn't mind it, so we wouldn't be burning at the Resort. As soon as we got there, though, it began drizzling.
But it was warm, and I actually like it.
When we got in, the clouds disappeared and the sun came out! We decided to get in line for the Plaza Inn and have lunch there. While Kristine was in line, I walked into Tomorrowland to get FastPasses for Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy, but as soon as I got there, cast members were telling everyone to come back later because the ride was temporarily closed.
So I headed back to the Plaza Inn just in time for us to walk in for lunch.
After lunch, we got FastPasses for Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and then went into Innoventions to get away from the heat. After Innoventions, Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy had opened up and I rushed over with Kristine's ticket to get FastPasses. Then, off to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters!
After Buzz, we got in line for Finding Nemo and I bought a Chocolate Dipped Banana and a Mickey Ice Cream sandwich to keep us cool during the wait. After Nemo, we rode It's a Small World.
We headed to Toon Town afterwards to get a photo with Goofy!
After Toon Town, we went into Big Thunder Ranch where we got to meet Woody and Jessie!
They also had goats and sheep you could pet and feed. Next up was Pirates of the Caribbean and then we back-tracked to Haunted Mansion Holiday. We were tired after the Mansion, so we decided to sit down and rest at the River Belle Terrace. Kristine got food from the Stage Door Cafe and I got something from the Royal Street Veranda.
After dinner, I walked over to Space Mountain to use our FastPasses. Kristine's not big on thrill rides, so she gave me her ticket.
After the ride, I bought her a Woody pin and then surprised her with it just in time for Fantasmic to start.
We watched the fireworks and then called it a night and started to head back to the parking structure.
