DLP's Birthday Celebrations

We are planning a trip for next year already, but we are considering doing another one for a few days over April 12th.

Is it worth it?

Do they have any special events, or pin releases or characters on their actual birthday day? I'm 50/50 right now because we already have a trip planned and it'll be the french schools holiday over that week so I'm concerned about crowd levels being overwhelming.

It will be the launch of their 25th anniversary celebrations, nothing has been released yet about what it is going to involve though. Past celebrations have last about 12 months. They might release a pin for it. Past years they have haven't had any special characters
