DLP: Where to eat, how to book dining, and how are the crowds?

Help! My friend and I used to live in Geneva, CH, and we're headed back for a quick, five-day trip in late March/early April. We're big fans of WDW (as you can see) and wanted to try a day trip up to DLP (knowing that one day (or 3/4 of a day once we drive the four hours to get there) isn't nearly enough ).

Anyway, we're going to stick with the Disneyland Park and not visit the Studios this time--just not enough hours in the day. So being a total rookie on this one, what are good recommendations for food, and how do we book restaurants from here (USA)? I'm a big fan of ADRs at WDW, so I want to be sure to have meals booked when we arrive at DLP.

Also, how will the crowds be in late March/early April? Horrific because of school holidays?

With Easter holidays the parks are going to be busy so best to avoid the weekends. have a look at school holidays here

As you prefer to book meals in advance then you can make them 2 months in advance on this number: 00 33 1 60 30 40 50

The crowds shouldn't be too bad, as the school holidays don't start until a bit later in April. But, if you can possibly avoid it, do not go to DLP at the weekend - it's always crowded then.

A must-do IN the park is Walt's, and you don't need a reservation. When we go to a restaurant for dinner, we make a reservation just before we leave the park (8 pm or so), go to the hotel to drop off the backpack and then go to the restaurant, and see it wasn't necessary.
