DLP E.mail And Contact?

I want to contact DLP re booking by e.mail, now tried the e.mail address quoted in the threads at the top of this board, no response after five days, also tried the 'contact us' part on the DLP website, type it up and then on submit says website not found.

Anyone have any other good e.mail addresses.

Unfortunately CRO's replies to emails are historically slow.
In the summer I was so unsure that our change of booking had be changed that I took the set of enlisting the shareholders club :)
Got a reply within a day :)

I am used to DCL in USA responding within hours or a day, so I should hold in there, with the one quoted in the 'sticky' thread?
 
Like Reid I've found their customer service to be somewhat lacking ;) and have resorted to asking the shareholder club to help. If you're not a member I'd probably suggest you phone rather than email.

Hi :)

When i had an annual passport issue i used dlp.guest.communication@disney.com and got a very speedy reply and my issue was sorted efficiently.

I had been trying for a while to get in contact via email with no luck, I even translated the message into French. Eventually a reply came from this email addy...

I found that this email address was answered by a chap called Riyad, who whilst British is based in France - onsite. Where quick answered and a very helpful chap - couldn't have got my AP's sorted without him!.

So far using the e.mail I received a 'receipt' it had been read, but no response, so I am going to await a response.
