DLP at Christmas/New Year?

Im thinking of going to DLP around xmas or New year, any idea's on where to get a last min bargain? or when to go xmas? or new year eve?

The only thing is, and hopefully I'm wrong, because this is a very busy time of year for DLP anyway the deals may not be as forthcoming as they could be

The only "last-minute" bargain is to book early as the DLH is already fully booked and some hotels have a minimun stay of 3 nights.

It will be very busy both times.

I was intending on staying for 3 days anyway, and i know it will be busy as i went at the same time last year. However i wouldnt stay at the Disneyland hotel anyway as i wasnt that impressed last year. It may not be available direct through Disney but a friend of mine just booked it for New years eve and got 2 rooms no problem! and i have found most of the hotels available. I just wanted to know if anyone knew any websites that offer good deals!!
