DLH Parking

I'm a DL and DLH vet, who always parks in the outdoor self parking lot past the convention center. I know there's a ramp going down by the center, and I was wondering if there is indoors self parking, whether under the ground, or in a structure like at PPH. If not, has anyone staying at DLH ever parked at PPH?

I ask because I have a crack in my windshield, and I don't intend to fix it before my trip. I figure it'd be healthier for the glass if I kept it out of the sun.
