DLH and GC questions

We are staying at the DLH for 5 nights then transfering to the GC for our last two nights at the end of september and beginning of october. To save money we plan on eating cereal for breakfast in our rooms every morning. I'm wondering how big of a milk jug will fit in the fridges; a gallon? half gallon?
Also, how late can you use the pools? Since the parks close so early in the off season we were thinking of swimming and using the hot tubs after our days in the parks.

We had a couple of quarts at the grand along with the small juice bottles. Can not remember pool hours.
