DL vs WDW

my hubby's avatar is a screen shot from National Lampoon's Vacation (which is where he got the screen name Quest4Fun...search youtube for the video clip the the "quest for fun" speech...it's pretty funny..unless you don't like crude language.)

And nope...never went to DL in the old days. I have all the dates of my trips underneath my screen name.

I am not really into that type of humor so never saw National Lampon's (my DH says I like "thinking" movies or one's were its funny that everyone dies [heather's, gross pointe blank etc.] ) so I never would have reconized it, the only thing I know about that movie is they go to Magic Mountain but its called Wally World

Some reason I thought your DL dates read longer. I won't admit my first trip year hehee, I am just getting old enough to be sensitive about that sort of thing

On topic I wish we had an Animal Kingdom, I want to know why people give that park so much grief, I loved it!! MGM (or whatever the new name) was as bad as I heard (bigger bummer for me since we missed TOT and RnR due to jetlag and DH's PITA brother ).

But no matter what you tell me the buses stink at WDW unless you have two weeks vacation. They made it so hard to do the few days we had there. Yeah to short walks and one stop trams

The buses were about what I expected. We didn't really have a problem...although, of course the closeness of DL and DCA is much easier.

And MGM...what a stinker of a park. There were only a few things we liked there. I only went there on one trip when I was younger...in 1991. I'm not surprised my family didn't return there on our 1995 trip....haha.

An Animal Kingdom at DLR would be awesome. But sadly...no space for that unless they bulldoze a massive section (or the entire city?) of Anaheim.

Oh...and I ADORE Heathers and Grosse Pointe Blank!!!
