DL Magic Morning Days In October Question

According to the official DLR website for October 16th and 17th, there seems to be a contradiction compared to past Magic Morning days. There are no MMs on Sunday but there are on the Monday. This conflicts the S,S,T,T days of the week that usually have Magic Mornings. Could this be an error or does this sometimes happen? I emailed Disney about a week ago but haven't received a response.

There is a special event at the park (CHOC Walk) the morning of the 16th. Occasionally when there are special events, they do change the MM from the traditional S and T days.

What is the CHOC walk? I am disappointed as that is one of the days I am there.

CHOC Walk is Children's Hospital Orange County.

Proceeds from this event will support health care programs, education and research at CHOC Childrens.

DL will be open 9 AM - 12 midnight that day. Typically it would be open 8 AM to 12 midnight, so you're only losing an hour.

Does the crowd size swell with walkers who stay the rest of the day to enjoy the parks? In other words should we avoid both parks that day?

Ah not bad..we fly out that day so we were kind of thinking we might like MM entry that day to get an extra hour in but odds are being our last day we will not mind the later entry time
