DL Hotel price difference online versus over the phone.

I'm wondering if anyone would be able to shed some light on the reason why I'm getting a different price over the phone per night than from the actual website? I have March 2020 in my cart, and the lowest price is 465, versus being quoted 506 on the phone for mid week. Is this normal to be more over the phone? Thanks!

It should be the same, but sometimes online doesn't add tax until you get to the final screen. Are they both including tax?

Both are not including tax, I can see the tax on my final cart and I was quoted on the phone without tax. I actually don’t even know how I ended up with March 2020 in my cart because I can’t re add it, the system will only let me add to Dec 2019.
