DL giving out Dream Fastpasses like candy!

I went yesterday and I saw SO MANY people with them. It was to the point that I thought they were just regular old lanyards you could buy, but then I asked someone where she got it and she said "oh, they just handed it to me coming off a ride" She didn't even know what is was FOR!
I mean, I didn't need FPs, since my longest wait was 10 minutes, but I sure would love a dream!

The last three times I have visited DL they were handing out Dream Fastpasses in City Hall right after the park opened! We always have to head there to get DBF's GAP (Guest Assistant Pass). We ahve never made it in time to get one though. They are always out by the time we get up the stairs.
