DL Express pick up locations

We are going to CA for the first time and are staying at the GC for four nights & then renting a car at DD for a week. Where can we pick up the DL Express after dropping the car off? Is GC far away where we could not pick it up there? Any info, alternatives or suggestions would be appreciated.

I believe that the DL Express goes back and forth between the DLR hotels and the major aiports. As for renting a car, you can walk between CA and DD so that will not be an issue. Once you return the car, you would walk back to CA and catch the DL Express to the airport. Another airport option is the Super Shuttle. We're still debating between the two.

Where are you renting a car? If it is at Alamo, then it is right across the street from the lobby entrance to GC. Really easy to get to, especially if you jaywalk! My understanding is that the DLH is the last stop before heading to the airport for Disneyland Express. So that may be a consideration of where you want to catch it at, but I am sure it does come to GC too. You will just have to catch it ealier and then wait at DLH while folks load, etc.
