Just planning a trip to DL for early March...

Can anyone help with crowd expectations for the first full week in March (we'll be there on weekdays)

I've read historically this period between President's Holiday & Easter (not until April in 2007) is average attendance.

I guess what I'm hoping for is not a lot of school groups or spring break crowds in March. We went in May one year and it seemed overrun by class trips.

Thanks!

Early March is typically a good time to go, as far as crowds are concerned. The weather can be a bit cool and wet, there are usually a few rides being refurb'd, park hours are a bit shorter, and the entertainment schedule is not as full. So, as long as you are ok with the "give and take" of the off season you'll be ok. We went early March this year (March 10-12). We used fast pass and never waited in long lines. Expect to eat! Seems like there were always lines for food. Typically the first weekend in May is good as well. Its after spring break and before the end of the year school trips start. I was there May 5-7 and we were able to get a lot done just on Friday and Saturday.
