DL Anniversary/F&W pre-trip report!

We are heading to DL on June 4-9 to Paradise Pier adn I am super excited!

I've been starting to get stuff together for our trip. I got some bags to take our meds, etc in. Getting ready to pack soon. I'm heading to the mall Monday to pick up stuff we need for the trip.

Now, I need to book our flights soon adn we'll be getting ready to go!

If I recall from another thread....you are working in Goofy's Kitchen for 2 meals during your trip, correct? You will find that DizNee Luver and I are the resident Goofy's Kitchen cheerleaders/flag-wavers on DIS. Others are chiming in about how they were dissatisfied there recently, but not us!! I do Goofy's on every trip. (I have been eating there since 1992!). In fact, I was just debating on whether or not to eat there if I go to DLR on my birthday to get my gift card, because I also wanted to try the Celebration BBQ, and it would only be a quick one-day trip. I looked at the prices for Celebration BBQ and instantly said to myself, "Uh.....I will stick with Goofy's!" I feel better spending $35 for an all you can eat buffet instead of one plate.

Anyway, you are also eating at Carnation and Naples too, correct? Good choices with those as well! Some people seem to really dislike Naples, but I think it is personal taste. I have always enjoyed it when I have been there and Carnation is good for any meal.

Well, we were switched to July 20-22 to The Mirage in Vegas and July 22(hubby's b-day) to July 27. We're gonna go to the Food & Wine celebration this fall at WDW though!
