Dive in Movies

We will be staying at the RPR next week. Since the parks close so early 6pm we thought we would enjoy the pools in the evenings and were looking forward to the Dive in Movies. I called today to find out which evenings the Movies would be playing and they told me that all 3 hotels have them on the same nights? Fri and Sat. That seems odd to me. The girl sounded very unsure on the phone. Has anyone been there recently to confirm this? I would have thought that they would have them on different nights.

depending on the date/season, the dive in movies are usually just friday or/and saturday.

yes, all the hotels have the dive in movies on the weekends, same night.

They are really cool. The resorts pool area has a giant movie screen, and you can watch while you swim, lounge by the pool
In the past, we've seen "The Cat in the Hat", "Shrek", "Gremlins" ( at Haloween time)

We'll be there this weekend and I forgot all about these. With the unfortunate delay in RRR, it appears that we will have a little more time on our hands and may be able to enjoy these. Are they usually in the evening, after the parks close (8pm for IOA, 9pm for Uni), or do they just wait until it's dark enough?

Oh that does sound cool!

We arrive this Friday sooooooo excited. I reckon we may be a bit bushed to see a movie our first night, we have never made it past 9pm, which is really 2am our time before falling asleep.

But maybe the middle weekend we`ll make it, it does sound like fun

Is there somewhere online to find the schedule for the August movies so we know what's showing and where?

i have never found the list of the movies on any site.

i usually call the hotel where i am booked at and ask in advance.
