DisneyVisa-how long to transfer rewards to card?

My new statement was posted yesterday (just checking online) - haven't gotten the actual bill in the mail yet. Will the addt'l rewards show up online soon so that I can transfer them to the rewards card? We're leaving in a few weeks and boy oh boy - those 15 rewards are burning a hole in my pocket.

If you've already gotten your FIRST rewards card (I think you need 20 or 25 dollars to get it) - then you hold on to that rewards card (like a credit card). Online - you can go to www.chase.com/disney and log in and transfer your rewards dollars to your rewards card.

Thanks!! I got the online part - but how long does it take for the rewards to become available? I've already gotten my card & activated it - but should have about 15 addt'l reward $$$ coming my way from the August statement. Since the statement was just posted yesterday - think it will be only another day or so until I can add those rewards to my existing card? They're not available online yet.

They are available as soon as you transfer them....either on line or by phone. If they are showing up on-line as available but not on the card yet, as soon as you make the request it happens. If you are asking how long does it take for them to get credited to you to begin with ..... it can take 6-8 weeks for them to actually become "rewards".
Right now, I have a balance on my card of 11, I have a balance in my account of another 10, but I know they owe me still from what I spent a month ago....I can transfer the 10 to my card online and be able to use them immediately....
But, I do get annoyed sometimes on now long it takes them to post the rewards to my account to begin with.

I believe the points will show online the same time your statement becomes available online. I think it's only 3 days after the closing date. It has a message on the screen where you view your statements.

That's been my experience too. We paid off our trip and had some other stuff, and had $14 this month's statement. Within day's after the statement posted online (maybe one-two days?) the rewards were available online and I just transferred them immediately - we've got $41!

I called them the other day because my concern is that my current rewards card expires in December and we are heading to WDW two weeks later. I wanted to make sure that I had a new card and was able to move points to it so we'd at least have something available to use at DTD. And since I booked our trip and made the deposit using the card, I'll have even more rewards to add on very soon.

Thanks everyone - just talked to someone from Chase. My statment date was yesterday, the rewards are available to transfer to my rewards card by midnight tonight.

The statement had posted so I did the transfer. You receive a transfer confirmation with a confirmation number. That's going right into the Passporter! Yipee! $344!
