The size chart is weird

Disney store - size chart link to guest services

It has "Size Alpha" listed on one side and the "Adult" on the other with XS, S, M, etc listed, but they don't match up, so which is normal??

Or can you just tell me, do the women's clothes run true to size or run small? I'm getting a capri outfit and a pair of jammies.

Truthfully I have found that Disney clothing usually runs a tad large (not small). Granted there is a rare exception, but I will say for the most part it runs true to size if not larger. I hope that helps.
