Wow...this makes me angry. Just got an email and most of my order is out of stock. The trouble it takes to make an order on that darn site, just to find I'm only getting a couple of items.

I checked this morning and many of the things are STILL being offered in the sale.

Disney needs to get their act together.

They have been needing to get their act together on their website for over 10 years now - their IT dept sucks!

One of my items was out of stock...they said I shouldn't have to pay shipping however. I tried to add one more but they weren't sure if it would still be there for fufillment...very frustrating.

I had this happen to me for the memorial day sale. They said they were holding my order if I wanted a replacement item for the 2 items that were no longer available. However, the additional item I ordered shipped seperatly from the rest of the order.

I place a large order yesterday morning. I didn't get an email, so I am hoping everything is in stock; however, it hasn't shipped yet.

I realized a couple of hours ago that I paid via a gift card. I thought I had used the total sum of the card so I threw it away last night.

I just had to fish through a day of garbage to find it since it now has most of it's value.

Hope it still works.

Doesn't their applying of gift cards procedure really sucK?? they have no way to check the balance while you are paying ..really bad. I was applying several one time and had to call and they asked me how much I THOUGHT was on each one..can't they look it up and just apply it right then? Very odd I thought.

I agree. My order was shipped but I still can't fiqure out if they used the gift card toward the purchase or not.
