Resort Thread Disney's YACHT & BEACH CLUB Resorts

We went to SAB this afternoon. The pool and pool area are pretty much the same after the refurb. But they added a lot of umbrellas and loungers, much more than they had before. It was very crowded this afternoon.
Did you notice a sign indicating one of the Hot Tubs was "Adults" only. That was a popular question this summer when the Hot Tubs were known as Cold Therapy pools when the heaters were not working.

Have you noticed if the work at the BC Porte Cochere (front entrance) is starting to wrap up it is listed as being done sometime this month?

Hot tub - I didn't see any signs in front of the hot tub that is closest to buildings. I will let you know if I see one today.

BC Porte Chochere - No, it looks like they still have lots to do. They are working on the ceiling of the canopy.

The Mears Connect bus stop is now at the end of the park bus depot, in the spot that the Disney Springs bus uses.

Loving our room at the YC this trip! Probably my favorite we've ever gotten. Close to the elevators, but far enough away it's not noisy, and have a great view of the fireworks at night. Plus it's fun to people watch everyone coming into the YC from our balcony. Now it's time to enjoy my favorite grapefruit beer before getting ready for the evening fun!

Hi guys, are the bounceback offers still only out until Oct 2026? I'm looking for Dec 2026.
Maybe when I can book the resort for Dec 2026 the BB offers will come out.

Yes only thru October 31, 2026 for new. Nov - Dec, 2026 may be added around Nov. 19 - 21, 2025 if the normal trend continues.

Normally Nov - Dec dates are added just before Thanksgiving travel starts so guests have something for a return visit.

Ahhh….morning coffee on the balcony. This is day 4 of our week long stay at Beach Club. Everything has been perfect so far.
We requested room 2585 but it wasn’t available. We got 2579, just three doors down. It’s the perfect spot in the resort. Full balcony with a shady morning for times like now. Close to back elevators and quiet pool and EPCOT path.
Service has been impeccable. Parks and shows have been great with super low wait times.

I’ll post a full trip report when we get home.

Here’s the view from my balcony coffee spot.

Hi----Is this a Resort or Water View room you paid for? Very Nice!

Nope just a Resort view. It used to be a Courtyard view before the views were merged.

The view of the Volley Ball beach court, Crescent Lake, and the Dolphin and Swan Reserve in the very back of the picture is only when your look out the left side of the balcony vs what you see directly in front of you as the second picture shows.

Dave’s reply is spot on. Just a simple resort view room. Two queen beds.
The view toward the water is when you turn your chair to the left. Straight away is pic 2. It is a full balcony so plenty of room to adjust chair and table locations. The BIG benefit for me was the morning shade. Made for a very comfortable and cool morning, sitting out in your PJs and with a cup of coffee.

Now that I'm home I wanted to share more about the awesome room we had at the YC last week. We were in room 3151, which was a resort view room, and looked out over the back entrance of the YC and a bit of Stormalong Bay. It was just around the corner from the elevators, only 5 rooms down, so super convenient, but by being down a short hall it was still very quiet. We were the room right next to the turret suite. Absolutely loved this room, and even though it was a connecting room, our neighbors were super quiet this trip so noise was not an issue as it has been in the past with connecting rooms. The fireworks view at night was also nice!

The room refurbs are nice, I did like the old curtains better, but that's such a small thing (plus I bought a set for my house so I see them every day now). I also really liked they added the rug below the beds, it's nice having some soft floor surface in the room, I know it can get gross, but as a light sleeper, anything that helps dampen noise is a win in my book! Oh, and I loved the new wallpaper in the sink area!

We did request a room that faced Epcot in hopes we could see the fireworks from the room, and we're happy they were able to accommodate the request this trip!
