I tried to find a link from the Passporter website with this article and could not find it. I have just listed some of the items without copying article word for word.
A sampling of what scrapbook supplies you might find at WDW:
Albums: Scrapbook Starter Kits, which include a 12"x12" post-bound memory book, 15 page protectors, five scrapbook pages, 10 assorted color sheets, and one paper folder. These are available in several designs with Sorcerer Mickey, Disney Princesses, or whole Disney gang on the cover. There is a
10-page finished scrapbook, which has 20 scrapbook sheets already embellished with gems, paper clips and ribbons. All you have to do is insert your photographs. Most albums are priced in $30.00 range. A small 5 x7 scrapbook kit includes a 12 page album, 12 sheets of Disney themed paper, alphabet stickers, Disney stickers, paper tags, and ribbon, all coordinating. These smaller kits are priced at $15.00.
Page Kits: A large variety of 12"x12" page kits, to include kits for each theme park, 2007 themes, Mickey and Friends, and Disney Princess. Also, specific kits are available for the various thrill attractions, at WDW and Florida vacations in general, including paper and embellishments for the
DCL.
Wonderful World of Memories has the best selection of page kits. You can expect to find 8 to 12 different varieties of page kits there. Each page kit will make 6 to 8 scrapbook pages and include approximately 6 patterned 12x12 sheets of paper, 4 solid coordinating sheets of paper, 4-5 pages of coordinating stickers, and four paper frames.
Paper: No individual sheets of paper available. 40 page 12"x12" paper kit for approximately $15.00 includes 40 different Disney patterned sheets .
Tools: Unique tools exclusive to WDW, such as Castle, Mickey (Mickey's whole body), Pooh punches and Mickey Ear paper edgers (I have these and they do not work, at least not for me).
Embellishments: Mickey head eyelets ($3.00 for 25), Mickey head paper clips ($5.00 for 25), amd patterned tape. 3-D layered embellishments of Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto, or Tinker Bell ($6.00 each).
Stickers: Stickers are sold in sheets ($4.00 for two sheets), four-roll packages, or boxes. A 200-sticker box sells for $6.50.
My question is there a website with the items they have? Or does anyone know specific things they carry. I am always working on my Disney scrapbook and I love the things I can only get at Disney.
had an article on "Finding Scrapbook Supplies at WDW. It featured a sampling of products available . I have a copy of the article if you are interested in seeing it.
I want to say that it was $60 or $70 at Disney! No way! I'd call Disney Merchandising before I would order from them.
