Is there a specific charge to get into this location? I was thinking about checking it out, maybe eating lunch here. Wondering if I'm going to run into admission prices.

There is a charge only when there is something going on.

However, the All star Cafe is outside the gates so you never have to pay admission to eat at WWOS.

Just there back in Feb to watch the Braves practice. It was $11 to get in per adult and $8.25 for children. This was just a practice, not a Spring Training game. The restaurant entrance is outside the gate, so you can eat there without entering the sports venue. There is nothing to do there though unless an event is going on. The practice turned out to be fun, my son was able to get autographs from players and see some of the big names close-up.
