Congrats, its always fun to have the trip booked.
But dont fear, Magic Bands arent too hard to figure out. First step is customize. IE: What color do each of you want? Make your way to the My Disney Experience section of main disney world site and do that. They tend to mail them about a month out.
The next step is if you are 60 days out from the first day of your trip. Thats when you can book FastPass + for the entire stay. Currently its one park, 3 selections. If you dont like the times it gives you, you can edit. When I did it, you could only edit to the top of the hour.... while the auto select would give you times like 930-1030 or 1155-1255.
If you have the dining plan or intend to eat at sit down restaurants, you can also tie your dinner reservations to the band.
The one question I want to find out is if the Disney Chase card discount can be detected on the magic band. Does anyone know that one? I figure I would ask at the POFQ check in desk.
but have a few concerns
. We have several pool days planned I our schedule and I am worried since there are no quiet pools like the other moderates that It may be super crowded the week I am there. Has anyone ever been to POFQ during a busy week and experienced over crowding with the resort or should I stop worrying? Thanks!
Now if I Can just get a Star Wars character meal reservation.
