She is, and will probably bring some of her own teabags, but coming from the UK, unfortunately we can't bring a kettle![]()
Excited to be staying at the French Quarter for the first time in October! I enjoyed Riverside a few years ago, but my room was too far away from the main building and I didn't like having multiple bus stops. I booked a standard 2 queens room and using Touring Plans' room finder decided that I will try to request 3rd floor building 4 because it had a good view for standard and was close to the bus stop and main building. Anyone stayed in building 4 on the parking lot side before that can attest to this?
We stayed building 4 Garden view and loved the location. We would request building 4 again. We requested a corner room and loved it.
Wish we were staying her in September but booked Riverside for Free dining
That's great, thanksJust adding my 2c (2p? hehe) - this is our everyday kettle and we love it! It's cheap enough that if I were staying for a week I wouldn't care if I had to leave it behind! https://www.amazon.com/Proctor-Silex-K2070YA-Electric-1-Liter/dp/B00IWOJS9A/
These are from the first week it opened in March. There was a crew doing touch up work on the regular slide the day I took these but it is still there. Hope this helps.
I can't see, though, if they took down the shell with the alligators underneath.
The shell with the three alligator musicians is still there, that's on the other side of the main pool.
Only one lone alligator was sacrificed to make way for the new kids' play area:

Good question. I would like one.Not seeing any resort specific t-shirts on the parks app. Anyone know if the gift shop is selling POFQ t-shirts?
Difficult for you to know I expect but would you have noticed any exceptions to the rule? I am concerned as my DGS will love it as he has special needs but by the time we take him next year he will be very likely just over the heightWe are at POFQ right now and they are definitely enforcing the height limit.
Because it is small and has no trouble booking up.I'm sure this has been answered a million times. But why is POFQ excluded from discounts? :/ I'm taking a last minute trip in August with my Mom and really wanted to stay at one of the PO resorts. Riverside is about $300 more expensive than CSR, and POFQ isn't even open for the discount. I know this is typical, but I wasn't sure why?
According to this Article, the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at POFQ will be Closing July 11th until the Fall.

Why I wonder, did they wait until June to announce a closing in July? Seems pretty short-sighted to me, unless there was an unexpected problem...According to this Article, the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at POFQ will be Closing July 11th until the Fall.
