I have tried several times to contact the Disney reservation line in the evenings and I get a recording every time. What time is a good time to call?

Also, I am curious. If I make a reservation and pay for my package in full and something comes up that we cant go at that time, can we get our money back? I am hoping nothing happens, but you know how life can be sometimes.

The WDW # 407-WDISNEY answers until 11:00pm EST. And if something changes and you need to modify a reservation you have so many days before your trip to do so. It is different with packages and room only reservations so listen carefully to the CM they will help you out! Good Luck!!

Thanks. I finally got through last night after I posted. They are holding a ressie for me and I am trying to decide whether to go 2 rooms at ASMo or 1 at POR. Decisions, decisions!! We'll probably go for the 2 rooms, so everyone can have a bed. And 2 bathrooms will come in handy as well! Thanks for your help.

The CM told me last night when I asked about a code, that if there would be any for July, they would come out about 3 months ahead of time. We are looking to go July 10 -15th. Hope something comes out before then. Has anyone heard anything else about July codes?
