I was reading on another thread that they scan you MagicBand before getting on the bus at MCO. Being Canadian our bands don't get shipped to us prior to arrival so what do we need to board the bus?

When you get to the Magic Express section of MCO, simply show them your DME letter which you got with your DME luggage tags.

Thanks. Haven't got anything yet but know what to do when I do receive them :)

If you want your luggage to magically appear at your onsite hotel and you arrive before 9pm ish put the tags on each bag and they will be picked up before the baggage carousel and transported to your room for you. If you arrive in the evening and want to make sure your bags are there for bedtime then don't use the yellow tags on your bags and proceed to the baggage carousel after landing and before heading to Magic Express. You will put the bags onto the bus yourself and take them to your room.

As for getting on the bus just show them the documentation they will send you and you will be directed to the correct place to catch your bus to the resort.

If you have any old Magic Bands from previous trips that are still active in your My Disney Experience account, you can take one of them with you and they will work.

Does the Magical Express go to every Disney hotel? We will be going to BC and after a long flight I don't want to have to make stops at other hotels before getting to ours. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

You likely will have a bus that makes multiple stops but it won't go to every resort. During busier times a bus may fill up with just one resort so that one won't have to stop anywhere else. During slower times, it may stop at 4 or 5 resorts. My experience is that a bus may make one or two stops other than your resort. For example CBR, POP, and AoA might share one bus as they are quite close together. I had a DME driver tell me that the rule is that they are not allowed to drive past a resort to go to another one first, so the actual location of the resort on property will influence the order of stops.

Thank you! :)

DME to BC typically goes to YC and BC and may go to BWI depending on who is on the bus. Although most buses will generally go to more than one resort, they are typically in the same area. So a bus that goes to the GF won't be the same one that would go to BC but it could go to the Poly and CR.

Each time we've been to BC the first stop has been CBR, then YC followed by Bc
