Disney's Hollywood Studios is the first park to hit capacity for Disney Park Pass availability

" open to Disney Resort guests only, and by 2:15pm Disney's Hollywood Studios reached capacity for both July 15 and July 16 2020"
I thought this was interesting I wonder what capacity is?

And now AK is at capacity for 7/14 and HS has filled up for 7/17 as well.

I always predicted DHS would be the first to fill, with 4 new attractions that are very popular and none of the stage shows to absorb guest it has to be the lowest capacity what we have to look out now is when they open AP reservations slots if they left any amount of opening for those 2 parks for people on Friday

How is this going to stop all the people at 9,10,11 and 12 openings from all being at the gate at once.

And...since we're all showing up at the same time...those of us "trained" for rope drop...will we all still show up "early"...to be at the head of the pack...

How are all the others parks doing it (Universal, Shanghai, etc)? My guess is the turnstiles open significantly earlier than opening time and they let you in much further into the park than normal pre opening. They have pretty much space to spread people out. Also not everyone will be there right at opening for a variety of reasons.

I really hope the stage shows reopen soon. They’re a big part of why I love DHS. I’m not going until November, so there is time.

I booked two days at DHS in the expectation that it would be easier to change from DHS to another park if the shows not were added than to change to DHS from another park if we wanted an additional day.

I agree the stage shows are nice and they are a great break from all the walking. My DH is hoping this time he actually gets on ROR. And the other positive we dont have to get up at 6am in vacation!

It's a no brainer since they have Star Wars.

For my family (with little kids now) DHS is the least attractive park. But....as an adult it definitely has added so much in the last few years.
