Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Merchandise Celebrates 25 Years at Walt Disney World​

We found all of the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House items for sale in Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries.

Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Merchandise​

Metal Sign – $29.99​

This metal sign features Mickey and Minnie gingerbread cookies dressed in holiday attire, standing in front of a gingerbread house stylized as the Grand Floridian. The resort’s logo is represented in brown in the top right, with “25 Years of Gingerbread Magic” at the bottom. Various pieces of candy are scattered throughout the design.

Grand Floridian Present Pin – $19.99​

This pin features a present wrapped in blue and white patterned wrapping paper, with a glittery gold bow. Mistletoe with “2024” sits on top, with a Grand Floridian tag and a “charm” of the resort’s gingerbread house.

Sliding the top of the pin reveals three penguin butlers from “Mary Poppins.”

We made a detour to wait in line and pick up this gingerbread ornament on our way to the airport. It was tasty!

How are the pools in December the weekend before Christmas? As busy as April break or Summer? We're traveling weekend before XMAS and not sure what to expect been several times to GF, but always in spring/summer. I have rented a cabana but not sure if I should keep it or not! Has anyone hung out by the pool all day that time of year before going to the Christmas party?

How are the pools in December the weekend before Christmas? As busy as April break or Summer?

They are typically less crowded then. For many visitors the weather is too cool for the pool and they are also more focused on activities in the parks.

Current Beach Pool hours. Courtyard Pool hours are always 7am-11pm.

Sorry to report the Beach Pool has been closed intermittently .

It is leaking and they haven’t been able to fix.

Also the kiddy water area hasn’t been running either .

Courtyard pool hence therefore is busy.

Can anyone provide an update on this? Going next month and looking forward to locking kids in the kiddy pool section.

Yes, everything was open/operational as usual. Didn’t see any signs of work anywhere around property, other than the pavement replacement in front of Gaspy’s.

Not the same as the Garden View Tea Room but I did secure a dining reservation for the Roses of Gold afternoon tea. Can’t wait to try it!
