Since we are always talking about desserts, I thought that I would share this:

Feb. 26th Food Network 10-11 pm Disney's Dream Desserts

I will have to TIVO this, so that I can watch Dr. Mc Dreamy on Grey's Anatomy!!

This was a pastry chef competition held at Epcot on 10/11/05. My husband and I were lucky enough to stop in and watch for a couple of hours.

Challenge: Disney Dream Desserts
Six teams of student pastry chefs face off in the Happiest Place on Earth. On the line, a 14-thousand dollar scholarship and an internship in the prestigious Disney kitchens. These students will be tested. In eight hours, they will not only have to create four different desserts, but at the end of the day, they must also create a three foot tall chocolate and sugar centerpiece.

Thanks for the info BTW we're from Buffalo too! But we live in SC now. What I wouldn't give for a beef on weck from Anderson's!
