The lost and found items throughout the entire complex with eventually make it to Central Lost & Found at the base of the monorail at TTC. The number for that is 407- 824-4245 I lost my glasses the 1st time we went through bag check at EPCOT ... we checked regularly over the course of the 2 weeks. I called about 2 weeks after we got home and they had only just shown up. Sent them to me no prob. They will keep items like a blanket for up to 30 days from the time it gets to them. I would suggest calling and giving a very detailed description, if it shows up they'll ship it to you.
Thanks. My sister had been calling the resort because that's who she'd been dealing with and was told yesterday to not bother calling again because it had not been found and they'd take care of it if it was. I feel bad she's a wreck and my niece keeps asking when Mickey is going to send her blanket back to her.
Maybe been discussed before but I'm on my mobile... Has anybody who went straight to their room (skipping "check in") ever received an upgrade? I am secretly hoping for an upgrade to king as we booked a two queen room and it's just me and my husband.
I can't help but feel like there's less chance of pixie dust when your just a name on the computer screen.
Plan not to get an upgrade and then if you do you got some pixie dust. We booked our trip before we knew the bridge was out and so we were fine with most sections. Once the bridge went down we knew that it was going to be too much walking for my dad just to go to the food court. We tried to get our room switched after we got our text but they said it was all booked up.

This made my day! Thanks!
. This wasn't limited to just the resort, Disney quick service breakfast is sub par. Had Dinner at QS once, burger was dry, can get better at any fastfood chain. Now Shutters was DELICIOUS! The char crusted stake was a favorite and the bread pudding is amazing
! Wasn't planning on going there, but soooo glad we did!
. DH freaks out, calls me at Epcot, I tell him to call the front desk and ask about first aid. I rush back to the room, which took maybe 15-20 min. By the time I got there, the medic is already finishing up with her. Apparently, a tiny piece of the chewable got stuck in her throat because it was dry and cause the "burning" feeling
. Whew! DH said EMS arrived in less that 5 min after he talked to the person at the front desk. She was fine! but something else to note, no charge for EMS! Apparently Disney doesn't charge for their EMS services
! So I'm not sure if proximity to EMS and Fire services is considered a perk of the resort, but we thought so!
