Disney's Best Kept Secret - Olivia's!

We've been to Disney many times, and by far the consistently best meal we've gotten has been from Olivia's.

The service is always fast and extremely friendly, and the food....well, the food is top notch! I am a very picky eater, and often have trouble finding items on a menu that I can eat. Each time I've visited Olivia's, I have asked for a menu item to be changed (delete an ingredient, add extra this-or-that, etc) and I've never been disappointed.

For this past trip, I tried the Penne Pasta with asiago cheese and sun-dried tomatoes...OMG! I enjoyed every bite! And they serve a soup called "cheese ale"....YUM!! Their salads are also delicious.

Although we don't have kids, there were plenty of kids that enjoyed lots of choices from the kids' menu.

So, if you're looking for somewhere 'different' for your next Disney trip, give Olivia's a try....you won't be disappointed!

Olivia's is the restaurant at OKW.

Thanks for the review. My wife has been saying for awhile now that she wants to try Olivias. We like to try a different resort restaurant on each trip. Have you ever had breakfast there?

When we first bought DVC and tried O'Livia's on our trips we were not impressed.Over last few years though a complete turn around good menu with great service we now enjoy at least 3 meals at Olivia's on our trips to OKW.

We've never had breakfast there but I've heard it's as good as the lunch & dinner.

We are heading out in under 10 days for our first trip to Disney and staying at OKW so its great to hear how good Olivia's is. I was kinda worried at first and thought we would just stick with breakfast (which apparently is very good!) but now we might just eat dinner here our first night instead of going to another resort and trying the others I have read about. Sounds like Olivia's has flown under the radar a bit....

Olivia's is near and dear to my heart. The breakfast/lunch waitstaff have become some of my favorite cast members on property. Wanda, Maggie, Lessie, Carol, John and Jerry have become our second family, and we don't feel like we've gone "home" until we see them.

Also, Miss Ocie is the chef for most breakfast shifts, and she'll make anything you want, even if it's not on the menu. If she has the ingredients, it's never a problem. She is a true gem, so ask to meet her.

Hubby liked the penne pasta so much he had it twice on our last trip.

This was the first on property resturaunt we ate at with my folks. (Backstory: Hubby and I are DVC members and treated my non-disney loving family to a WDW stay)
Olivia's did a great job of getting them emersed in the Magic.

I just booked OKW for our next trip, and look forward to trying Olivia's. I'll make sure to plan both a breakfast and a dinner!

Another thumbs up for Olivias. We went there about 3 years ago with friends and have been going back there since. Love the menu - something for everyone and not overpriced by Disney standards. Not fancy - but great food.

Love that penne pasta also!
